Sharing a Blog Post From Blogspot on Facebook

Step 1

Launch your Web browser. Go to your Blogger blog’s home page.

Scroll through your blog posts locate the post that you want to share on Facebook.

Step 2

Click the blog post’s title to go to the post page. Highlight and copy the page URL in your Web browser’s address bar.

Sign in to your Facebook account. Click the “Update Status” button at the top of your Facebook home page.

Step 3

Paste the blog post URL link into the “What’s On Your Mind” input field. Press the "Enter" or "Return" keys on your computer keyboard. Facebook detects the link and displays the post’s title, link address and the first one or two sentences of the post. If your post contains an image, Facebook also displays the first image detected on the page as a thumbnail.

Step 4

Click the thumbnail image selector arrow buttons beside “Choose a Thumbnail” to select your preferred thumbnail from the images on your blog post. Click the “No Thumbnail” check box if you don't want Facebook to publish an image with the link to your blog post.

Step 5

Click the audience selector button at the bottom of the pane to set the privacy level for the post. You can select to make the post public or share it with just your friends list or a custom list of selected friends.

Step 6

Click the blue “Post” button. Facebook publishes the link to your blog post on your profile page and in your home page news feed. The link also appears in the news feeds of the people you selected with the audience selector tool.
